This is a great environment for women to train in. Students are provided a safe, comfortable environment where they can train for fitness, self-defense, and competition.
Our No-Gi BJJ classes give students the opportunity to train in a real-life style setting. Without a gi, students learn how to handle opponents with an emphasis on self-defense. If you want to focus on grappling without a gi, this is the class for you.
We like to broaden our skills beyond just Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. By teaching Judo, students receive additional insight into different holds, throws, and more.
