Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
(ages 5-12)
We strive to set kids up for success in the future. Our students build out their BJJ skills while developing the discipline, confidence, and coordination to succeed. On top of that, students are taught the importance of anti-bullying with self-defense skills. For more information on our different classes, check out the program page.
Teen & Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
(ages 12+)
We have a special experience for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Follansbee for teens and adults. Teens develop confidence, toughness, and leadership, while adults of any skill level can train and work toward their goals. Explore the program page to learn about our different classes.
